need to get some of those good hooks on my wood,does bass word have all the sizes i need, i have 9 and twelve inch baits.do i have to get vmc for the 12 incher,and does bww have those.

I don't know what BWW has, but to answer your question. I think that the 2/0 gammie is too small for a 12" lure. That's just my opinion. I use the VMC's on my 12" baits and sharpen them with a metal file. I believe the size is 4/0. Big hooks are hard to find which may explain the lack of help. I get mine here and there. Tri-Cities in Fremont usually has 2/0 gammie round bends.

thanks guys,(not you nutty)i found some owner 2/0 for the niner,but i got my first slammer fish and it shook loose.boo hoo,oh well it felt good though(about 6-7 lbs).they are the black nikle ones,they seem very sticky maybe i dident lay into her hard enough.next time!!!!!!
i think i will take the vmcs off my ac minnow and put em on the big slam dawg.later bros ,tight lines
