I got a spool of the 50lb bully braid. I haven't spooled it up and tried it yet. It looks pretty decent but there's no way to tell right off without using it. The one thing I did notice is that it seems a little 'chewier' when you try to cut it with scissors compared to power pro. Per their website, it is supposed to not wash out to a white color. That would be cool if that is true, as it's a green/grey color to begin with.

On the braided line subject ... I got spools of 30 and 65 power pro in the last few months. I thought that the 30 was going to be really cool, but found that if the line so much as brushes a rock with any pressure on it, it will snap instantly. Hooksetting is bad too as I know John was sawing off fish left and right on it. I was breaking off on it while trying to shake the bait off of a snag as if it were 4lb test. It was terrible. I really can't see any application for it whatsoever because if a fish of any size were to brush a rock, it would snap, and you can't set the hook hard or it will snap. The 65lb seems better, but I don't frog fish much. Both the 30 and the 65 started to wash out immediately to a white color which bugs me. I don't have enough patience for the stuff I guess.

As far as I can see, braided line for me will probably be tied on just one or two of my reels in the future. Basically for frogging or spook fishing where there is zero chance that it will brush a rock. I'll certainly try this bully braid and see if it's any better.

The breakdown on my reels right now is about 70% triple fish camo or camo-escent (same lines just in different colors) 20% florocarbon and 10% braid.
