Difull:

Go toss out any lure by the dam. I guarantee you'll do some damage. Me and anyone else fishing that day was killing em on lures. Although I kayaked coyote, the guys shore casting were doing just as well.

I like the silver kastmaster 1/8 oz. But I was catching em on T.Bouyant and spinners as well. They'll stock this week so when the rain lets up, you should get into em.
