I would not go with any other rod due to the customer service they offer. And now that Ty is running the rod end of the business, it will only get better. He really is a nice guy but ya gotta realize how many people will try to take advantage of that in that industry. The quality of the Phenix line up in insane compared to the " production " rods of other companies. I have a 65M that is 15 years old and still has the original guides and the rod has never been broken, it aint pretty but it does the job. All the rods I take in to him are of other brands come to think of it and he repairs them all.
