I got to Perris at around 6:30A this morning.. and ended the day about 6 hours later.. got a couple follows, but pretty much nada for the most part. Skunked again.. that makes it three in a row now. I fished mostly ospreys, hammers, and the new swimbaits I got from BWW--I'm pretty stoked on how they work, but I still like the ospreys a little better. Lotsa boats out there as there was a tournament. Saw a guy land a nice 5 pounder in the dam area using a finesse jig.. but that was about it.. Didn't really get windy and the weather was warmer than usual.. got hot pretty fast too.

I happened to see a poloroid of Mark's fish posted in the concession.. nice fish! Mark of Performance Tackle, Los Alamitos also landed a fatty (8 and change) using a generic off ranger point yesterday. I'm curious as to how the guys in the tournament did..
