On sunday 3 guys with about 25 trout were caught at the west ramp and the police searched their car and had it impounded. On Monday I saw a guy talking to the police at the lower lake he later told me that they got him with out his lic. and they told him the fine will be no less then 275.00 up to 700.00 boy what a costly lesson.
