First of all, I would like to apologize to whoever had to read the nonsense written on the forum in the last couple of days. I believe we made the wrong decision to post the potential issues that would arise at the T.O.C. I thought it would be a good idea to get members opinions on what other options we had, but all it did was put people in a panic and made B-n-T look unorganized.
So here’s the deal I over reacted when I tried to change the location of the T.O.C to Collins. I tried to please everyone by making a final decision to avoid any further arguments or confusion. What we should have done is do what we kick boaters do best, JUST GO WITH THE FLOW!
Scrap everything you have read in the last couple of days because we are going with the original plan all of us voted on in the beginning of the year, NACIMIENTO Nov 5-6. I have been in contact with the head Ranger at Naci and am working out any issues that will come up with muscle inspections. Taylor spoke with the tournament director of the other event and worked out launching, safety, and encroachment issues. And as of Wednesday the 19th there were still at least 3 condos, 2 trailers, and a lot of camping spaces still available.
Those were all the concerns that people had and as far as I’m concerned they have all been addressed. Lodging might be the only lingering issue. Last year Mitch reserved two condos and everybody paid him back when they arrived. This year it seems some people will be arriving Saturday morning and others want to reserve the last of the trailers which is all fine. So I’m going to leave it up to everybody to make their own plans for lodging. I suggest calling and reserving soon, and if you do reserve a condo post on the forum if you need another person or 2 to split the cost.

You guys are going to have a great time! Wish I could go out there to hang out on the Saturday, but I will be in Florida that weekend. I am fishing Naci this Sunday and will post a report. To fish is to live!
