fished on wed. Started at 4pm didn't catch anything til the sun started going down then the fish went crazy. Spinnerbait worked well. Fish were breaking the surface chasing shad. Caught little ones with 4 nice ones mixed in (2-3 lbs). Left at dark. Near the Horse Creek area.

I fished Kaweah Tues. and Thurs. Tuesday I got four off the small dam, Thurs. I got five off the big dam -after working the little damn with everything I had for absolutely zip. They were about twenty feet off shore so I just drifted a split shot with crawlers. I'm sure I would have gotten a lot more but I had to come in. With the water so high it was a long trip out to the dam but worth it. I also caught one short but fat lmb using a 4" Storm curly tail swimbait just next to the tower. I lost part of my rod holder (I think) by the launch ramp. Tomorrow I'll go out again. I hate to have to buy another rod holder, perhaps it's still laying out there as nobody ever picks up their trash and unless they know what it is they are looking at I doubt they'll have reason to take it. If you are out there and you see a tuber by the dam you'll know it's me.
