Since I was a slacker and didn't check the boards for several days I missed getting a campsite at M&M for the open. Anyone have any suggestions on another place to stay rather close by?

I would prefer not to have to get up at 2:00 am and drive there each morning. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I'm staying in a site by myself. I'm not sure what the rules are for sharing a site, but if it's OK you're welcome to share my site...I'll be bringing a trailer, so I'll be taking up a little extra room.

That would be great if you are willing to do so Gordon!

I have a little car and a little tent so I won't take up much room.

If you are staying in the trailer then I imagine that there would just be an extra charge for an additional car, which obviously I would take care of. We can either work out any other details when I get there or feel free to e-mail (Bgarland2011@yahoo.com)

Thanks to everyone else as well who posted suggestions for me, much appreciated!

Looking at the catfish tournament at http://www.catfished.com/derby2005.html I found that there might be another place to camp:

Hope that helps?
