#23948, "Spring Lake Trout"

JUst called to get some information on the Trout stocking in Spring Lake, and to my suprise they are not stocking it. They say due to budget cuts. However, they are stocking Lake Ralphine because it is deeper and less bass. x(

Looks like Spring Lake bass arent going to be able to chew on some trout this year.

Thought i might share this with you all,

Jdub

Man thats just what those beat up bass need is to lose more of their food supply. Oh well maybe they will be more competitive for a big slammer since there will be no real trout to eat. Come to think of it everytime I fish the weekend after a trout plant at spring I never get any on big trout swim baits.
