I fished that hole about 3 or 4 times when I first started fishing down here in california, i just pulled up a map and said there's water and went fishing. Caught a few back then, but there is absolutely nothing making me want to fish it again.
Good luck to all fishing the event if ya can catch one decent fish you will probably have it all sealed up. cz

Yeah, John, like you, I got most of my fish on Sunday (at Anderson) on my Staycee jerkbait. I didn't leave the 5mph zone for close to 3 hours, working the area from the launch ramp to the far end of the dam & back. About every 5th or 6th cast, jerk, jerk - BAM! Only a couple over 2lbs., but at least 25 of 'em in that period of time -- lots of fun! (FYI, I was in my Four Winns, not my kickboat, so that probably upped my catch-rate a little, since I could cover the area a little faster & spread things out some).
You can bet I'll have that baby tied on on Sunday @ Lexington. Shame, the Parks guys won't even let us in a couple hours earlier for the tourney (kickoff time: 8am). I'll be there, though, representin'! (Taylor & I were there for the meeting). Already got one of the other sign-ups anxious to try out a BnT tourney down the line -- we do allow canoes, right?
