Like calicobass said, Turners has the Californian Calico Special for $120. I would recommend getting a heavy or extra heavy on a shimano cardiff or calcutta.

It's hard to find a good 8' rod for under a hundred. The Calico Special is a good one for just over a hundred. If you can find them, Quantum makes a good 7'6" saltwater rod for about $59. Shimano probably has something 7'6" that would fit your price range too.

You need to go to Boaters World and check out the Lamiglas Inshore Classics. All Graphite, Lifetime Warranty, & Under $100. These rods retail for $180 according to the Lamiglas web site, but Boaters World sells them for a little over half of that. I've owned several Lamiglas rods, and have never been disappointed.
The Allstar or Calico Specials at Turners are also good rods. JP
