Does anyone know of any lakes in socal that allow float tubes? If so what are the launch rates.

Where are you at in Southern California? And how far are you willing to drive to float tube. I float tube quite a bit, so i'll be able to help you out on which lakes are close to you.

I am in town for a couple of days and I was thinking of float tubing around here either tuesday wednesday or thursday. I live in laguna niguel in south orange county. I go to school in northern california so I bought a float tube to fish up there, and I love to fish while I down here. So if you could let me know of any good float tube bass fishing in the area that would be great. Thanks

Lake Perris is a good one. $3 entrance fee, no fee to launch. There are more, just depends on how far you willing to pay/drive.

Lake Gregory - $20 deposit - $5 launch fee.

Santa Fe Reservoir - $6 Entrance fee, $6 launch fee.

Puddingstone - $6 Entrance fee, $6 launch fee.

Plenty of lakes in San Diego also allow float tubing - so do the put and take lakes like Laguna, SARL, Irvine - but they're more expensive.
