The number of views on a thread doesn't update until a reply is posted to the thread. Every time a reply is posted to a topic, the view counter updates.

On a poll, the message is not marked as having a reply when you vote. But the vote it counted, I can see your vote for the optimum.

As far as the time being wrong, I'm not sure why it would be wrong for you, because it's right for me. The time zone is Pacific Standard Time. It was 10:59 when I posted this and you can see that in the time stamp on the post.
