The season is over. Brock kicked everyone’s ass. I check his picks and it appears he kept the same team during the entire season. Actually out of the thousands of people who played fantasy bass Brock impressible came in at 99.6%. There were three of us not in the competition, just playing for bragging rights. Myself (3rd place) Rob (7th place) Mark (13th place).
Final standings:
Hiroshima Humphreys Lahnke Anderson Nietzel Lake Jensen Ryle Teman Patzner Zelenka
I will get in touch with the prize contributors then post a list of prizes. First place will pick first second place next etc. I am thinking the easiest way to get the prizes distributed is have them drop shipped from the contributors.
As an afterthought I think the league would have been more interesting if KVD and Skeet were off limits. Most of us had at least one of these anglers every tourney. What do you think?

Man... first time doing a fantasy anything and I stunk it up... I was doing good up until the last 2 tournaments. Then it just bombed. Oh well it was fun. Thanks Rob, Calfishing and all the contributors...

John I thought you were gonna swoop by me at the end!
Henry, I actually kept Skeet and Van Damage throughout the league thinking there was going to be a major duel between them...boy was I wrong. I rotated the other three anglers every tournament.
Was a lot of fun watching Skeet this season. His intuition is second to none out there. It just blows my mind that someone can dominate in a field so stacked with virtually no prefishing.
As for the rest of the field it seemed whoever was cashing had the confidence to go out and put it together. With everyone losing sponsors this year this had to create some extra level of stress for the anglers.
I agree it would have been more interesting if Skeet and Van Dam were off limits.

I kept changing my team, trying to out guess the location and the anglers that would come through. Except for the Classic I seemed to be the kiss of death for the anglers...if I picked them they automatically stunk it up. I'm suprised they weren't offering to pay me to NOT include them on my team.
Suprisingly, the last three tounaments I left the team alone and did the best of the season. It was my first fantasy anything and it kept the season interesting.

The only angler that I kept in place regularly was Skeet. And I tried to move guys around every tourney except for the last one when I missed the cut off to make changes. I did my best to catch Brock but he was way too consistent for me to ever make up the difference. This was very fun, hopefully we will play it again next year.

LOL if only Fantasy fishing translated into real world tournament fishing. I mainly mixed up local boys with people that were cashing, past winners didn't show up this year.
