Dude thats crazy!
I fished with him and his buddy at oroville a while back, those kids are sticks! He was with justin lucas and won the toc at oroville last year.

pretty cool the kid held on and won- dominated! Good for him, after the 50K he picked up today he'll have a few sponsors lining up, time to ditch the paper route! :7

Very cool! From what I've read brutally tough fishing too. He won 10k and a boat, so does a chunk of the 10k go towards the taxes for the new boat? For example if you won a car on one of the game shows on tv you have to pay the 6-7 k for taxes on it before you can drive it away. Does the Tax-man do the same thing when some one wins a boat in one of these events? Just curious....

Killer win! It must be an awsome feeling...good for him!
