#14516, "Couple of questions about line"

Just wondering how often you guys actually use flouro carbon. I'm trying to rig up two new setups, one swimbait, and 10 or 12 lb worm rod. When you guys use all flouro, what do you use. And I assume 20lb maxima would be fine for swimbaits, but how much flouro leader do you add if any. Also I'm worried that a blood knot or any line to line knot will catch a guide and I'll be watching my new 9' slammer flying away. I wouldn't be able to bear it!

Sorry to keep posting but I figured I just start a new topic.
Excuse the extent of my novice
I just got the bug bad!!
thanks,
Alex

I use 20# test Seaguar's Carbon Pro 100% f/c line on my swimbait(even floaters) rod as well as my jig pitchin' rod.

I use 15# test SCP f/c line on everything else but smaller t/w's plugs, drop-shotting, and frogs on the pads.

I've been using it for about 5 years now. I tie a Crawford knot at the bait and it does not slip.
