I'm thinking about going float tubing at castaic lagoon. Can you give me some tips since I usually never bass fish in the winter. What and where should I fish. I've really only fished by the dock and rock area by the bridge.

Don't know where to fish for sure but try the launch ramp with BIG baits. They stock trout in this area so the big baits should work. Don't get frustrated if at first you dont' succeed. You may only get 1 bite in 100 casts but it will be worth all that time. Trust me.
