Im thinking of going out to Puddingstone this weekend at some point from my canoe and hook up on some bass. It sound like fromprevious threads that the fish are hitting on the jigs. Ill be throwing some lures like the rattletrap to see if i can get some fish feeding on shad. Due to the recent trout stockings i will bring out a couple of the big trout to try to catch the big bass. Anything else i should try that isnt mentioned?

Bring along a couple of white spinnerbaits. With this weather most of the shad eating fish have been in deeper water. Find the shad by looking for those white birds diving in the water. Try the deep weedlines. The crawdad eating fish are shallow. Anthony
