Not really california, but how do you guys fish the canals in Yuma? I mean, can You just drive up to a canal and start fishing. I know about the legal issues, but are the fish scattered all over the canals. Is it as easy and stopping and casting into them? I found a little canal right next to a hotel we stay in every year for my brother's baseball tourneys, just wondering hwo to fish them.
