#15050, "Just got a hudd rof5......question"

I cast it tonight and it seems to float. I wouldn't say it is a floater but it sinks verrrrrrrry slowly. How long should it take this bait to actually get 5 feet? Next question is on the stinger hook. where do you get the wire, crimps to do the wire method(maybe true value?)

thanks

Steve

Ps. my initial test was without a hook on it(straight out of package and into pool)

The ROF is based on a 10 second countdown time:

For stingers etc, just do a search on here and you will find tons of info.

thurmonator,
It could have to do with what hooks you have on the lure. Owners sink faster than gammies. 2 hooks sinks faster than 1. You can put mojo weights in the ROF5 and make it more like an ROF8 or whatever you like :)
