Just got my new issue of Inside Line(the magazine put out by Yamamoto baits) and am reading an article on fishing swimbaits for bass. Suddenly the article mentions the weed beds at Santa Margarita. I flip back to the title page and it's authored by none other than Robert Belloni. Thanks for the article Rob...I may try these out next time I take my tube out. Are they good at Lopez, too?

Rob,
I actually have the hard copy of the magazine. Got the Sept 2000 issue in the mail on Wednesday. Let me know if you can't get a copy. Maybe I can copy the article and drop it off with Pete at Wilderness Outfitters or scan it and mail it to you if ya want. It's a pretty good article with some pictures and a brief outline of Santa Margarita lake. I'm surprised that they would publish that without you knowing!
