That's right, I'm the ultimate cheap Bas#@%. I'm looking for some So. California Charts that might be posted on-line somewhere. Does anyone know of any web pages where I can find some. I'm looking for Los Angeles and Long Beach harbor water ways to be exact. The inland waters would be nice also.

I found a site which may help you:
http://www.topozone.com
You may need to play with the map ratio in order to see depths of the water, but for free it's worth the effort. All maps are printable as well.
