Might be in the catagory of "Dumb Questions"...but I have never lost mine before and Yesterday was a first, lost my license while surf fishing. How do you go about getting a replacement???

I think you just need to take the receipt that came with your license to any place that sells them and you can purchase a duplicate. I believe its $6.55. How was the surf fishing?

Hey thanks...I was out at Oceano Sat. evening for a couple of hours...only caught one fat BP, Conditions were way different then in the morning...a buddy of mine went to the same spot and there was large surf and a very hide tide....word is that fishing is very good out there when conditions are better. I had some problems with my reel and I was getting alot of weeds...but then I was there a short time and didn't walk very far at all. I will be fishing just north of Morro Bay this Sat. or Sunday.
