Please help me i'm trying to find a way to fish oakwood and woodward lake in manteca by the manteca waterslides. I need to find info on if your aloud to float tube the lakes or if there are any places to fish it or launch my float tube. Also suggestions on what to use there!
Help fast!!!!!!!!!!
