any suggestions for wake baits and other floating swimbaits?

i have a 6" floating platinum and was looking at getting a 3:16 baby bass (costs a bit too much) or a rof0 hudd in either rainbow trout or ayu (hard to find). what are some other options for baits 8"s and smaller that cost $60 or less.

I've got the 3:16 Wake Junior in the Light trout pattern and that is a pretty sweet little bait! I'm sure the bass pattern is killer too though I've not seen it in person. Its probably the most realistic wake bait I've seen in the price range you're after.

It will be well worth the $60 you spend, trust me. Another good choice would be a 7" Slammer if the money is an issue. Slammers are solid baits for the money.
