#804, "Cardiff 300A or 400A"

Any opinions on which would be best for throwing the larger 8-9 inch plastic swimbaits. Havent had experience with either, and want to make an informed purchase. I noticed that there is a 3oz jump in weight from the 300 to the 400. Any help is much appreciated.

Depends on what line you'll be using. I put no more than 20lb test on my 300 and 25lb on my 400...
