#577, "broken lips on lucky craft slender pointers, help neede..."

Hi everyone, I recently purchased 3 97mr slender pointers. I've used the 78sp's and 78dd before with no problems whatsoever. With two of the slender pointers i've been throwing, they have broken or chipped plastic lips. This hasn't happened to any of my other pointers even when I rip them into cover. I looked at the lucky craft website and found no contact info. I need to find out how I can get these baits fixed or replaced as they are practically brand new and useless. Thanks in advance.
