#3173, "Lamiglas Big Bait Special for small lead-head baits"

Is the Lamiglas BBS a good choice for throwing small swimbaits like fish traps, big hammers and storm 4"-6"? I was wondering if the tip is too stiff for this application. Would something like the Crucial MH be better? I didn't want to have to get a custom rod made. This would be for freshwater bass fishing only.
Thanks!

The Okuma GS-C-7111MH was designed with small baits that you mentioned in mind. Matt Lures baits, Storms and Hammers we all thought of in the designing of this rod. $99 from Tackle Warehouse and has a lifetime warranty.

The Lamiglas is more of a parabolic rod than the 7111MH and was actually designed for larger baits in the 4 - 5 ounce range. It will work though for what you are going to use it for.

The Crucial MH is a great swimbait rod for the Hammers and small stuff also. It has an extra fast action but the tip is just right for the 5" Hammer :)
