#2976, "What is the name of this swimbait?"

This swimbait was purchased at Clear Lake about 6 or 7 years ago. Its got the classic Osprey square shape, but is very different. The plastic used is much denser, its much heavier thanks to an internal lead weight, and its got some sort of odd harness on the top. Here are some pics

Does anybody know the manufacturer of and the name of this bait? I suspect its a Japanese bait.

mmmmm, that's a tuff one.
Nice scale pattern on the lure but I can't say I've ever seen that bait before.

I cant stand the Osprey square style baits, but I really like this one. I think it has potential. Its heavy, you can fish it much deeper, its actually a little bigger, and it just seems more realistic to me. For some reason I can see this thing working on some of the more pressured systems.

Now I just need to figure out how to get it from my friend.
