I have fished this lure a couple times. Nice action to it. However, the paint on mine began to come off after a couple casts and the fins/tail is made of almost a tire rubber material. I believe the fins are whats keeping to cost way down. I believe its a pretty decent lure for the price. Better fins in my oppinion would make this bait must nicer to look at however I dont think it affects the actual look of the bait under water. I hope this helps you out.

thanks dustin. i was actually looking more into a striper lure like the pup fish and if i was to get something like the hatchery trout, i would rather get a rago bait. the walking baits look good for stripers but i wonder if its anywhere as good as the pupfish?

by the way, thanks again to everyone, this is the place where i have learned all that i know about fishing big baits and have yet to get a big bass on em so THANK YOU! i will be sure to post any BIG fish i get on em
