To all concerned. The park district is selling our Bass!!!!
Over the past 3 weeks biologists have been shocking Chabots bass and taking them to Quarry Lakes to be caught and EATEN.
Total losses approx 30 3-5 lb bass taken out of our Supposed over loaded with bass lake. Any of you who fish Lake Chabot know if you catch 2 fish let alone get 2 bites know they are soo full of #####. In the next week or 2 there will be a petition sent around for us few bass fishermen to sign to stop this nonsense. Our park district is a sellout.Its all about Quarry lake now because there are not enough fish in Chabot to attract MONEY. Its all about MONEY. We have to do something about this ASAP or Chabot will DIE and become just like the skateboard park downtown
