I will be fishing Region 3 with Mitch Teman as my sign up partner. If any of you have never fished the Federation you are so missing out. Its a complete blast with some great sticks and friendly environment. The State Classic at the end of the year is the most fun well ran event you can imagine. If any non boaters are interested in fishing R3 next year I know of at least 1 boater that doesn't have a sign up partner for next year.
