I like to pre-fish too, but to keep the playing field level I think it should be restricted -- maybe to the day prior, like a previous post said, to get the lay of the land (after all, it may be a lake nobody has ever fished before).

Also, since Spring Lake is smack in the middle of SCBBBC-dom, I don't think that location would fly...too much home town advantage there.
