Its almost that time again for the 2nd Annual Maranda Mega Bucks float tube / Kick boat tourney at Spring Lake in Santa Rosa. It will be held on a Sunday in January 2005. Exact times and dates will be posted later. This is a float tube and kick boat only tourney. Oars are allowed, but no nets. You must have a California fishing licence. The size limit will be 12”. All fish must be bass and very much alive as no dead fish will be weighed. All fish must be caught while the angler is floating in his or hers tube. No electric motors. No live bait. No trolling. Entry fee’s will be more this year as they will be every year. This year it will cost you $70.00 for the tourney, $30.00 for big fish and one real nise lure or full bag of good plastic’s. Payback is only for 1st-2ndand 3rd for the cash and the lures will go to 4th and 5th. Big fish is only for the one biggest fish, winner takes all. You take your pick as to your entry fee. You may enter only the big fish category or the tourney category only or both. This tourney is only for the real hard core tubers.
