#21250, "Here's My Boat"
|
O.K. I stayed up late last night, got up early this morning, and worked all day. Here's what I've come up with so far. Right now I am not using the livewell bar, I only got to fish 2 tournies this year so I think I can do without until I'm ready the next time.
I mounted the Lowrance X67c with a Ram 1" rail adapter and Ram swivel mount. The wiring is routed under the entire bottom of the boat to prevent any overlapping of wire. The rod rack holds 6 rods, and my net on top of the left pontoon. I angled each rod holder slightly away from the center to make room for my trolling motor. The trolling bracket is just a 2x4 with some really strong L brackets held in place with 3/8 bolts and lock nuts.
The rear deck and the rod rack are held in place with hose clamps. The transducer is kinda iffy right now. It's mounted to a piece of pvc behind the seat. I know this boat won't sit as low in the water as my old one so the pvc might not be long enough to get the tranducer in the water. x( I'm gonna get it wet tomorrow and see how everything works. If anyone want close ups of anything let me know. I'll take a few shots tomorrow when it's in the water.
Thank you to everyone for all the help and suggestions!!!!!!!!!
