#13571, "Kickboat advice"

O.K. I'm thinking of getting a new kickboat, but I'm on a budget. I really want a VV but I can't spend over $400. I'm looking at a boat at BPS, the Blue Heron 9. It says it's made by Outcast. With the features listed I think it's probably the best I can get for my money. Any suggestions, for or against? I would really appreciate any feedback on this. Here's the specs:

White River Fly Shop™ Blue Heron 9 Pontoon Boat

Oversized 9' pontoons
Padded seat
Anchor system with motor mount
Lightweight aluminum cargo deck

Tough, high-performance pontoon boat is built to last, with a 5-piece powder coated aluminum frame and heavy-duty 9’ PVC pontoons. Loaded with extras, including an open oar system for the extra long 7’ oars (included), a rod holder, repair kit, dual tackle pouches and drink holder. Color: Blue/Gray.
