#8851, "One Mile and the Stardust"

Hey people,
A quick question about the Stardust in regards to local bassing spots, in looking at the counts lately it seems they aren't doing very well. I know that is largely in part to the DFG closures and somewhat the season possibly... Here is my question, are they mainly fishing one mile and horseshoe as of late? Are people on the dust using plastics at one mile? I have seen several reports of really good action at one mile using exclusively plastics by private boaters... are party boats so partial to live bait that they sell themselves short by not recommending plastics? Is it because of the relative skill level that goes into casting plastics vs. live bait dangled on a string? This is in no way meant to critical to the Stardust and its fine crew...Just curious...
