After the wind died down yesterday and today...I've noticed a lot of life in the water. I fished for halibut off of the shore with small plastics for a short time both yesterday and today and I got a couple of shorts...but it sure looks fishier than the results I got out there. Bait, birds, good color water, seems warmer, etc. Might be a good time to wet a line.
