I hit the water yesterday under over cast skies for about two hours. The water was as flat as a lake absolute no current, I was barley drifting in my 14' aluminum boat. The water was brown and murky, I'm sure from the past storms. I fished the rock jetty throwing 5" Big Hammer swim baits on a 3/4 oz Fishco lead leads. Despite the conditions I did manage a pretty hefty Sculpin three Calico's and a few Sand Bass. The fish seemed to like the #48 brown grunion the best. Hopefully next time I'll be able to fish the incoming high tide.
