#9664, "Pyramid Thursday, 5/8/03"

Went up to Pyramid on Thursday. Trolled the main channel with the 'ol trusty A.C. plug for nothing. Made my way to the dam, but the wind was a little to much to drift-fish effectively. From there I went over to Yellowbar, and anchored up for a while. It took a little while, but the stripers did eventually show up. Got 3 decent ones around 20", the rest were on the small side.

Tried throwing cranks, jerks, and swimbaits for no results. It seems that chovies and dines were the only way to go.
