Back out again for round three. Not a whole lot different than it has been. It rained off and on all day, but it was fairly calm until the last couple hours, which was nice. I spent the first half of the day throwing a spinnerbait along the rocks and split-shotting the flats in between. I caught quite a few smallmouth on the spinnerbait. Most were 12-13 inchers. Split-shotting a 6" straight tail robo worm produced a few keeper largemouth and some dinks mixed in. Towards the end of the day, when the wind picked up, I went in to wittenberg and threw a spinnerbait a little, but mostly threw the Slammer. I caught a 2lber on the spinnerbait and missed a few as well. It was so dark, windy and rainy that I pulled out the 12" Slammer and threw that for the last couple hours. I never could get anything to come up for it, so at 3:30 I took off.
