#3692, "Lopez report"

Posted this once on the wrong board. My brother and I fished (for bass)at Lake Lopez April 8 - 11. Had good luck, although the bite was slow. Largest was 6-0 and others of note were 4-12 and 4-0. Many in the 3+ range and lots of the "cookie cutter" 2-8 pound size. Most were caught on Norman Baby N's in firetiger or crawfish, on steep rock faces. Not much doing on spinnerbaits. Others were doing well on drop shot in oxblood or baby bass.
