Got home early from work on Wednesday so I decided to get in a couple hours fishing. Started at the big lake and found that there was a bass angler on every single spot I wanted to fish. I talked to several of them who I see everytime I go to Legg Lake. No one I talked to had a caught a fish and the water had very low visibility. So I kept walking and stoped on the middle lake were the water was clear and bedding fish where easy to spot. I watched a guy loose one right when I got there. I fished several spots over about an hours time with out getting picked up. It started to get dark and the bite turned on. I caught five fish with about 40 minutes and I lost an additional 3 fish that shook the hook. I started with a texas rigged purple worm and moved to a black worm when as it got dark. The fish were small 10-12 inches with one that was about 2lbs. All fish were released. By 7:30 I was at home catching a nap on the couch.
