I personally haven't been to Silverwood in a month, but I have gotten some reports in the pass week. The jig bite is decent on the main lake points, the water temperature is still cold so the bass are in early pre-spawn. Silverwood is scheduled to get trout plants again, so the Osprey would be one of my first choices. Check out the wood areas in Outhouse Cove and Quiet Cove. These areas are shallow and have southern exposure, so the water temp should be a bit warmer than the main lake. The trout bait fish I have caught there are all wood related, and these areas have large concentrations of stand up timber. Good Luck.
