I like Arkies like the Wadda for pitching and sparse tule flippin' but they usually snag on me flippin' heavy stuff.
My best is a Rite Eye style with a Gammie black nickel from Janns Netcraft, I paint and tie my own jigs. Yamamoto makes a sweet bullet head with a good collar that run $3 for 2 heads, once again tie your own deal.
I like fine living rubber skirts and they are getting hard to find in a a good flip jig, so I tie. Black with red Kyrstal Flash accents and a Black Ruby B-Hog trailer ala Swimbait style kill it for me.

Lots of guys like Rodstrainer, they are pretty decent for a stock jig. Lots of good jigs out there, but mostly silicone, which I don't use unless I need a shad or sunfish color. Something about a skirt that doesn't flare bugs me, I like the quiver fine rubber gives when you twitch and deadstick it a bit. Just a confidence thing I suppose. Oh yeah, no EWG jigs either. Best way to insure a good fish comes off the jig IMO

Bass + Fisherman= BAASS ADDICTT!!!
