Thanks Steve. Input from people who are trained as biologists like yourself and Ryan T. is very helpful. I had a chance to talk to Brian Sak on Monday which was helpful as well. Brian is a biologist for the San Francisco Municipal Utility District and also writes for Bassmaster magazine.

Like most fishermen I've done a lot of complaining about what has gone on with fishing access and trout planting in the past few years. It's all well and good but this one finally hit close enough to home to get me off my butt. We'll see where we go from here.
