It is a Rainbow. It ios most likely a male that thinks it should be spawning. I have caught two trout like that this year while bass fishing, fishing near where water was running into the lake. Both were very dark and had hook jaws, and I found full sperm sacks in both of them when I cleaned them for dinner.
