I will be camping overnight above Rock Creek at Tom's Place next Saturday...I haven't camped over at the Sierras for long while ..If anyone can help me with info regarding permits...Where to get them etc that would be great...Also what works great for those finicky brookies,browns,rainbows,and goldens for bait that would be helpful...We will be goimg only about 4 miles up from base camp ...THANKS Alot Jeff
