Did you see those spinnerbaits with the glass arms? The glass is fairly thick, but the idea is there. I think I'm going to stick with red line, red hooks and red spinnerbait blades though... ok not really. I do have one pack of red treble hooks and I may get a few more red hooks if they match well with my baits, but I still believe strongly that the fish I'm after are conditioned to avoid gaudy un-naturual looking things. The more my lure looks like a trout, crawdad, shad or bluegill, the more confidence I have.
